Heavy phone contact with Financial Advisors and branch office personnel.
Proficiently utilize all Advisory support applications as well as navigate other system tools.
Provide proactive education and assistance on Advisory programs with respect to product, policies, procedures, and systems navigation.
Assist with questions involving new account opening procedures, generation of proposals for active clients or prospects, trading of accounts and training on various program policies and guidelines.
Drive process improvement efforts through feedback to Department management.
Work collaboratively with team members by managing call volume and service levels while providing outstanding service.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management systems effectively.
Participate in FSS cross training programs to broaden depth of knowledge across Advisory programs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in either Economics or Finance (course work should involve investments - stocks, bonds, ETF's & Mutual funds, investment portfolio construction, Asset Allocation theory)
Professional experience in Financial Services. Preferably in areas dealing with investments (stocks, bonds, ETF's & Mutual funds) is a plus but not required.
