One of our favorite Denver developer clients has an extensive multifamily project in the heart of Breckenridge. The role is primarily onsite construction / project management.
Oversee and direct construction projects from drywall to completion.
Review the project schedule in depth to deliver homes on time and within budget.
Assist the Project Manager in review and approval of all project specific drawings for constructability.
Oversee all onsite and offsite activities to monitor and document compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Monitor and document productivity.
Meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review and record work progress daily using company schedule management software.
Pre-plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
Analyze manage, and mitigate risks.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Ensure adherence to Legal and Company policies.
Ensure housekeeping is conducted daily on every job.
Ensure safe work practices are being conducted, documenting any discrepancies.
100% of required QA inspections using company QA management software.
Work directly with company third-party quality inspector to mitigate and clear noted deficiencies within a week.
Conduct homeowner Orientation and Closing walks, turning in all required documentation.
