Job Description:

One of our favorite Denver developer clients has an extensive multifamily project in the heart of Breckenridge. The role is primarily onsite construction / project management.

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from drywall to completion.
  • Review the project schedule in depth to deliver homes on time and within budget.
  • Assist the Project Manager in review and approval of all project specific drawings for constructability.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite activities to monitor and document compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and document productivity.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review and record work progress daily using company schedule management software.
  • Pre-plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
  • Analyze manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to Legal and Company policies.
  • Ensure housekeeping is conducted daily on every job.
  • Ensure safe work practices are being conducted, documenting any discrepancies.
  • 100% of required QA inspections using company QA management software.
  • Work directly with company third-party quality inspector to mitigate and clear noted deficiencies within a week.
  • Conduct homeowner Orientation and Closing walks, turning in all required documentation.
