Join our team in Houston as an Offshore Product Specialist. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our software development to meet both business strategy and client demands. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a solid background in offshore logistics and a well-connected network within the local energy sector. This pioneering role in our US office will entail close collaboration with teams based in Northern Europe and other countries.
Product Strategy: Craft and articulate a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D teams to prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog items and effectively communicate priorities to stakeholders.
Development Collaboration: Provide guidance to the development team for delivering high-quality features. Translate client and business requirements to the R&D team for implementation.
Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company strategy.
User Experience: Partner with UX designers to create an intuitive interface.
Release Management: Assist in coordinating software releases with minimal disruption to users.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing software features and product development processes.
