Understand and able to mentor others in construction plan reading, layout, topographic surveys, advanced understanding of structural, architectural, and civil engineering, identifying conflicts unusual data points,
Understand property survey
Understand data formats, boundary, ALTA surveys, and
Advanced ability to interpret field notes and
Demonstrate advanced understanding of prior surveys, legal descriptions, deeds, and property
Understand the liabilities and risk on a
Perform advanced research of recorded documents and survey
Prepare set up for field
Prepare advanced basic subdivision plats, condo maps, legal descriptions and exhibits, processes, and analyze all data.
Advanced data processing of topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and boundary
Mediate any disagreements among the project team and make decisions in the company and its clients' best
Responsible for ensuring compliance with QA/QC
Complete performance reviews and take corrective action when
