I am seeking a self-starter project manager. They must be detail-oriented, and possess professional dress and manners, as until the division grows and hires an assistant, many of the tasks will be split between us. He/she should have great writing skills, spelling, and a strong vocabulary. If they previously worked as a paralegal, editor, or screenwriter, those skills would come in handy.
They should be able to follow big ideas, break them into small pieces, and set task lists to further the company's goals. I am an idea guy; I am detail-oriented but often think of those items later than I should. They should be creative, resourceful, and collaborative.
Some financial background in accounting and bookkeeping will show you can handle numbers, but you will not be needed for either of those items. You will report the the Winter Park Office. It is a 40-hour-a-week job. A laptop will be provided but it must be returned should you leave the company. This Laptop will be left at the office but will make it portable for us to work offsite etc.
