Calculated Hire is in search of a highly capable Project Manager for our Fortune 500 Consumer Product Good Manufacturer. The Project Manager I will be a key member of the Program Management Team set out to deliver world-class project execution. This position will manage, under supervision, a cross-functional development team in order to develop and launch innovative product solutions that meet cost, schedule and scope requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field required
5-7 years of experience in program management and leadership role required (New Product Development experience preferred)
Demonstrates familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and production planning
Demonstrates effective problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrates basic business financial knowledge
Demonstrates proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Demonstrates ability to manage constructive and cooperative working relationships
Demonstrates sensitivity and acts appropriately with varying cultural societies
Demonstrates ability to support the needs of and interact appropriately with cross-functional personnel
