Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach, preferably in data and analytics projects.

Experience in a data environment - with a good grasp of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).

What You'll Do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies - including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full team engagement.
Ensure adherence to Agile practices - by guiding the team on the principles of Scrum and Kanban, and by helping to create an environment conducive to team self-organization.
Remove roadblocks - by identifying and addressing barriers to progress, facilitating discussions, and promoting problem-solving and collaboration.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment - by supporting a culture of openness, courage, and respect.
Coach team members - on Scrum, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
Serve as a liaison - between studio teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
