Role Description
This is a full-time position based in our Loveland office. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with our superintendents in managing day-to-day project activities, including expediting, project management, safety, and logistics management. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, logistics management, and expediting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and practices
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred
