Our client is actively looking for an Project Manager to join their PMO focused on Data integration projects. This role is 100% remote however they will need somebody that is within an hour of the Salisbury, NC office.
***This is a 6 month contract starting out and will extend in 6 month increments with the eventual goal of taking this position permanent.***
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing Sr. Level IT Project Management including managing project scope, keeping projects within timeline, working with cross functional, performing project reports, budgeting, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
Candidate must possess the ability to embrace change and manage competing priorities. Must be able to pivot laterally from one focus to another while maintaining tactical (10,000 ft view) and strategic (50,000 ft view) of project and program objectives.
Candidate must possess a strong financial acumen. Robust understanding of forecasts, how to process actual costs, accruals, and reversals. Appreciation of capital and expense funding. Must have experience managing vendors and vendor billing.
Candidate must have experience managing Agile projects.
Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be able to operate in team environment as well as on solitary tasks, whereupon reporting back to Project Management lead.
Must be able to manage tough Stakeholders.
Ability to cater communication to the audience and should be able to present in a concise manner.
