Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Center construction projects in Manassas, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of Data Center construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure project success and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Center construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools, with a solid understanding of Data Center construction processes and technologies.
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
