THE ROLE:
Project Managers will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative recruitment/sampling projects, including: fielding sample, communicating directly with clients, managing multiple sub-contractors and coordinating with internal team members. (~85% of time)
Project Managers will maintain and grow existing client relationships by supporting team members in the creation of client pricing/proposals and account planning. (~10% of time)
Project Managers will program surveys and organize/interpret data utilizing programming software (e.g., Qualtrics or Decipher) and Excel. (~5% of time)

WHAT TO BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
4+ years of relevant experience with a track record of high performance including progressive responsibilities focused on project management and/or business operations (supplier side research experience considered an advantage, but not a requirement)
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients
Initiative to explore and recommend more innovative and efficient ways to execute job responsibilities
A can-do, positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to lead and support the development of team members across the organization
Ability (or willingness to learn how) to program surveys in Qualtrics and organize and interpret data in Excel
