About The Role
We are seeking a savvy sales project management professional who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and is skilled in balancing the needs of general contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Sales Project Manager will work closely with the field and design teams from project kick-off to project completion while successfully managing project change orders to ensure efficient, quality products for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership and sales skills while generating new leads and cultivating strong relationships with Blair Fire Protection's customers.
Local travel within the southeast WI area is required.

Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and manage budgets for multiple fire protection projects
Provide detailed estimates for sales support; manage and execute contract change orders
Support and collaborate with project designers to confirm and coordinate project details
Lead, plan, schedule, and coordinate the timely execution of installations, upgrades, and modifications of fire protection sprinkler systems
Proactively build relationships and communicate with owners, architects, general and sub-contractors, engineers, and designers throughout the construction process
Generate, cultivate, and acquire sales and new leads while maintaining current customer accounts
Provide value engineering options to increase the efficiency and quality of products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree (or equivalent work experience)
5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
Experience with estimating, creating, and managing budgets for multiple projects is required
Strong knowledge of NFPA building codes
Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software
Sprinkler design background is a plus but not required; AutoCAD, NICET, AutoSprink by MEPCAD
Valid and in good standing driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
