Location
Red Oak Sourcing is located in Foxboro, MA and operates in a hybrid model (Monday's and Friday's work from home, with Tuesday through Thursday being in-office). Must be willing and able to commute to/from the office 3 days a week.
Position Summary:
The Analyst Rotation Program at Red Oak Sourcing is designed to offer recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations as it pertains to pharmaceutical sourcing. This program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through these key areas, gaining hands-on experience, developing critical skills, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Participate in an 18-month rotational assignment across finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations departments.
Collaborate with team members to support the development and execution of departmental goals and initiatives.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Engage in cross-functional projects to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
Present findings and recommendations to departmental leaders and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Previous internship or work experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, or operations is a plus.
