Position: Analyst, Red Oak Rotation Program

Reports to: Human Resources & Department Head

Location

Red Oak Sourcing is located in Foxboro, MA and operates in a hybrid model (Monday's and Friday's work from home, with Tuesday through Thursday being in-office). Must be willing and able to commute to/from the office 3 days a week.

Position Summary:

The Analyst Rotation Program at Red Oak Sourcing is designed to offer recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations as it pertains to pharmaceutical sourcing. This program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through these key areas, gaining hands-on experience, developing critical skills, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an 18-month rotational assignment across finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the development and execution of departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to departmental leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous internship or work experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, or operations is a plus.
