Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at WR Sewage and Excavation, Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, including expediting and inspection tasks. They will also be responsible for logistics management and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and expediting
Strong knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control
Excellent logistics management skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certification in project management is a plus
Experience in the construction industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Must know how to use Planswift, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
Ability to read the plans and, most importantly, one should know the underground Utility construction work.
