e&e is seeking a Product Manager for a remote contract opportunity!
The Product Manager will lead the development of the product vision and drive this process to bring the vision to life!
Responsibilities:
Own all aspects of the development/implementation of a systems project or program involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based system from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
Be the single point of contact for projects.
Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
Define project scope and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments.
Plans and direct schedules as well as project budgets.
Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters.
Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
May provide technical/analytical guidance to project team.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or ecommerce preferred.
Extensive exposure working with key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills.
Hands on experience writing functional stories, acceptance criteria, testing and analysis.
Ability to follow Agile ceremonies (release planning, spring planning, and retro/reviews).
Experience developing metrics to measure the success of the program, its features, analyze results, and propose recommendations.
