The Role:
The growing Gas Purification business in San Luis Obispo is seeking a talented Product Manager to join the dynamic team. You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have an established pattern of success in business development, portfolio management, and product development. With the fast pace of innovations, the hired candidate must be able to manage multiple, diverse and complex projects with changing scopes and customer timelines. The ability to adapt to changing market conditions quickly and often is a must. We expect that the candidate will collaborate, share and be ready to learn in a team that partners closely with its customers.
What You'll Do:
Identify and implement market share growth opportunities
Define clear product requirements that align engineering and product development goals with customer needs
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver a successful product to market
Interface with the global sales organizations to influence and direction action to meet business objectives
Provide strategic, technical and pricing guidance for sales proposals
Develop strong product cost of ownership models and business cases to support new initiatives
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as R&D, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal and Supply Chain to accomplish business objectives
Develop demand forecasts for products with documented assumptions and risks
Create and present marketing materials including presentations, data sheets, promotional and training materials internally and externally
What We Seek:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, engineering, or science discipline
4-6+ years of Product Management or related experience
Ability to understand product P&L and take appropriate actions to continuously improve profitability
Good financial skills, including experience with return-on-investment models and developing cost of ownership models
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers
A strategic thinker to develop market/product plans and product marketplace positioning
A commitment to be an evangelist for your products, services and messages
Proactive approach to seeking customer interaction and the ability to translate customer challenges into solutions only Entegris can provide
A collaborative leader to inspire cross-functional teams with the ability to prioritize and drive for execution
Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 25% of the time
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Product Management experience
Knowledge of green hydrogen market ecosystem and requirements
Experience in gas purification or related technology

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000, with actual salary based on candidate experience.
