In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory levels for a 3PL provider in Lexington, Kentucky.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all inventory-related activities, enhancing our operational capabilities, and supporting our commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, deliveries, shipments, and orders.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records to clients through regular physical counts and reconciliations.Work closely with warehouse managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to streamline inventory processes.

Provide comprehensive reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and forecasting results to senior management.
Implement quality control standards to ensure that inventory is maintained and stored properly.
Ensure compliance with client regulations and safety standards in all storage and handling processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
Proven experience in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
Knowledge of the logistics industry's legal guidelines and best practices.
Experience in a 3PL environment.
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM from the APICS).
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
