Full Picture is a collective of entrepreneurial-minded, cross-industry experts who dream big, connect the dots in unexpected ways, and consistently deliver legacy-defining initiatives for our clients. Through our four divisions - Executive + Brand Management, Production, and Strategic Communications - we forecast trends, identify key moments, and capture the public's interest to bring our clients' ideas to life.
OVERVIEW
The purpose of this new position is to round out and augment the CEO's support team and work alongside the other Executive Assistant to focus on these 3 areas:
(1) To move information from the CEO's brain, meetings, conversations, and notes to the right division leads within the Company
(2) To serve as point of contact and forward motion activator for the CEO on all incoming and DG-generated business development opportunities
(3) To connect dots across conversations, ideas, divisions, clients, and opportunities
Success in this role depends upon smarts, speed, initiative, and follow through. It requires a keen interest in what the Company does and a desire to understand the industries and worlds in which it operates. Up-to-the-minute knowledge and the ability to share it quickly and correctly with the right internal stakeholders is the currency of this role. This role works with internal leaders and team members for purposes of communication, coordination and acceleration; and with clients and prospects for purposes of information gathering and opportunity assessing.
If Full Picture was a football team, this position would be the CEO's personal Quarterback - the smart, strategic, nimble player who knows exactly who to pass the ball to in order to get the touchdown.
