To support our team in Livonia, MI, we are looking for your support as a
Administrative Assistant* (fulltime or part-time)
Your tasks:
Independent processing of spare parts and service orders (from preparation of quotations to shipping and invoicing)
Interface function between customers, suppliers and distributors
Maintenance of customer and parts data in the ERP system
Handling of domestic/international shipments
Your profile:
High school degree with administrative training
Knowledge in the field of International Trade
Good technical understanding
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good Communication skills
Legal to work in the USA
