Job Summary:
We are experiencing an exciting period of hyper growth and are currently looking for a highly organized Trade Show / Expo Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events and trade shows. The Lead & Expo Coordinator will be comfortable speaking about our products and engaging with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads.
Register for events, keeping track of deadlines and following-up with stakeholders.
Manage event logistics for the event, including setup and takedown of equipment.
Data entry and record keeping.
Learn about Eggs Unlimited and its products and services.
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up purposes.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Track and qualify leads at events.
Distribute leads to sales team in a timely manner.
Assist in providing support and guidance to potential customers.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deploy a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 55lbs.
Based out of Irvine, CA. Must be willing to travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
