• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent • 10+ years of experience with performance validation of hardware including functionality with software and drivers in an enterprise environment with varying operating systems • 10+ years of hands-on experience or at an expert level with any one of the Hitachi/Pure/EMC/NetApp storage products in block and file services. • 10+ years of experience with scripting languages (Python/Perl/Shell/etc.) • Experience with modern storage technology devices, rotational and solid state, as well as a variety of interface standards (SATA, SAS, NVMe). • Able to work in a global team environment • Expert level understanding of HDD, SSD and storage platform design and architecture. • Expert knowledge on storage features like deduplication, compression, snapshot, and replication etc., in addition to storage related protocols such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, TCP/IP, etc., and associated performance tuning. • Knowledge of performance analysis of storage solutions and how it relates to the hosts
