As the Regional Controller, you will collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to execute key business initiatives, manage 15-20 projects at a time while effectively communicating with Project Managers and VPs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, forward-thinking, and have the ability to maintain overlapping deadlines.
Traveling within and outside of California is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and effective leadership to ensure performance goals are met at employee and company levels.
Work closely with additional leadership members in the preparation and monitoring of overhead budgets.
Partner with leadership to manage divisional profit and loss, division overhead expenses and to deliver against divisional profits.
Analyze and evaluate new project opportunities and contract terms to ensure alignment with the organization's risk profile and financial and strategic goals.
Coordinate with the Corporate Tax Team on regional tax matters.
Actively oversee project-level and overall group-level cash position, as well as implement programs to ensure the timely billing and ultimate collection of accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of directly related work experience
Bachelor's degree
Construction experience is a plus!
