Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED, Actively enrolled in a Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or similar graduate or undergraduate program.

Qualifications

• Experience using an eLearning Authoring tool, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Ability to perform video and graphics editing
• Familiar with ADDIE Instructional Design model
• Familiar with principles of Adult Learning Theory
• High level of initiative and enthusiasm
• Ability to exhibit high level of confidentiality
• Ability to learn and apply new materials quickly
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Essential Duties

• Assist in development of instructional videos using Camtasia
• Assist in the development and deployment of SCORM based e-learning content, using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Assist in test item creation
• Development of training materials for Instructor-Led courses, based on existing eLearning courses
• Assist the L&D team with entering data and courses into ImagineLearning LMS
• Other duties as assigned
