Our client, a blue-chip CPG manufacturer in the Food & Beverage category, is looking for a strong Consumer Insights Senior Manager to join their dynamic team in Northwest Arkansas. This position will lead a wide range of custom research initiatives dedicated to product and category innovation and will help drive strategy across the organization.

Qualified candidates should have:
8-20 years' experience in primary custom research with a deep insights toolkit
Hands-on experience with custom quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (i.e. white space analysis, innovation, concept testing, product development, segmentation, A&U, etc.)
Client-side experience required; CPG or food & beverage experience preferred
Must be a strategic thinker, with an eye on big picture research and implications
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner closely with key stakeholders
A 4-year college degree; advanced degree preferred
Candidates must live in Northwest Arkansas or be open to relocation (assistance provided). Salary commensurate with experience and ranges from $145k-$160k base plus bonus.
