About the Role:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for staffing, safety, supervision, direction, training, and evaluating their assigned production team within their operating value stream. In this role, you will provide direction and leadership for the site manufacturing teams to exceed the safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement metrics.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills;
Ability to troubleshoot technological problems.
Demonstrated team-building skills.
Human resource management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze results, check production levels and investigate production issues to ensure efficient department operation.

Presentation Skills: Conduct training of the workforce as needed
