The Ford Agency is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the successful and team-oriented membership department of a growing association. The Membership Associate will build relationships with an elite group of directors and C-Suite executives, support membership initiatives and provide excellent service to its valued members.
Responsibilities Include:
Build strong relationships with board members and C-Suite executives
Communicate regularly with members; informing them of benefits, daily activities, and answer their inquiries
Oversee the process for new member applications and renewals
Collaborate with team members to create strategies for engagement and retention
Identify trends to drive utilization and tailored support to members
Ensure revenue growth and track progress against goals
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years professional experience with sales, client management, customer service, fundraising or communications
CRM, Salesforce, or data management experience highly preferred
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management
