We are hiring a Funding Assistant for a Mortgage Group in Santa Ana, CA!!!
Hourly pay rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Temporary to Hire opportunity
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and Scanning Mortgage Loan Document Packages
Ordering Verbal verification of employment
Ordering Credit Report for soft pulls
Pulling OFAC
Registering /Transferring MERS
Maintaining funding pipeline and reports
Closing out Loans
Assisting Closing Specialists
Qualifications:
Required 1 year mortgage background
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites 2010 Word, Excel & Access
Word processing and creating spreadsheets
40+ WPM
Strong proofing skills
Excellent organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
