Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, including meetings, luncheons, and conferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and processing.

Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
