Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures
Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints
2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm
3-4 years of Private Equity experience required
