Manage plant managers email, calendar, schedule, schedule meetings, and answer phones
Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, manage vacation schedules, and mail distribution
Create presentations
Help with communications
Generate reports and handle multiple projects
**PLEASE NOTE** This role supports two plant sites within a 40hr work week; 3/2 day split, rotating weekly
Facilities are approx. 6 miles apart
Job Qualifications
May be required to operate a company vehicle. Valid driver's license is required along with a clean driving record.
Bachelor's degree in business administration
5-8 years' experience required
Excellent Microsoft Office and G-Suites skills & Outlook required
Strong organizational and people skills required
Experience in a UAW facility is a plus, but not required
Must be flexible
