Overview:

The Program Support Analyst oversees the success of organizational programs, managing data entry tasks such as expense and time tracking. Responsibilities encompass maintaining the Take2 division's SharePoint site, compiling program deliverables, collaborating with Project Managers, monitoring project actuals, assisting in risk analysis, supporting pricing and change order requests, and contributing to project reviews and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle large-scale data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Excel and Deltek Costpoint to manage expenses proficiently and track time.
  • Maintain the Take2 division SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and organization of important documents.
  • Compile and organize weekly and monthly deliverables for multiple programs, ensuring up-to-date materials are accurately submitted and stored.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to assist in planning, tracking, conducting variance analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor project actuals thoroughly, promptly identifying and resolving any emerging issues.
  • Assist project teams in identifying and analyzing potential risks, contributing to effective risk management strategies.
  • Provide valuable assistance in pricing extensions, new bids, and processing change order requests.
  • Actively participate in the development of both internal and external project reviews, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 0-2 Years of professional working experience
  • Up to one year of experience in a relevant internship or entry-level role is preferred but not required.
  • Coursework or projects related to data analysis or program management is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in an independent work environment, exhibiting strong self-motivation and proactive initiative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and contribute to developing solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Previous experience supporting Federal Programs
