Our client, a global shipping company, is seeking to hire a Head of Customer Care to cover the Latin America and Caribbean region. The position is based in Miami and requires 10+ of management experience and experience with customer care, service delivery improvements and transformation projects. The responsibilities include customer experience improvement, voice of customer feedback, manage all customer care managers in the region, and collaborating across departments to help improve performance, among others.
