The firm sits firmly in the commercial space on important projects in sectors like government work and education.
Duties would include:
Design Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative and functional architectural designs tailored to meet commercial project requirements and objectives.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Code Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure all commercial designs are in compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit is a must
License preferred
