Core ERP System Support: Experience with ERP Software
SQL Expertise: Expert level skills in SQL, including creating complex SQL queries, extracting, analyzing ,and validate data and reports.
SharePoint Proficiency: Must be adept at using SharePoint for file management; advanced skills are preferred.
PowerBI Experience: Competence in PowerBI for data structuring and analysis.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to pull proper data and analyze and validate data and reports as required.
Customer Interaction: Comfortable with providing Tier 2 support and interacting with the customer base through help desk ticketing systems.
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Must have a College Degree
Must be able to pass a FBI background check and is an established US Citizen

General Description:
This job class plays a pivotal role within the organization by actively supporting core ERP and utility management systems and applications within the Information Technology Services Department. As part of this opportunity, this resource will adapt to and master the city's Cayenta ERP system, becoming proficient in all associated applications such as SQL, SQL queries, and database services. Operating independently with limited supervision, this resource will report major activities through periodic meetings.
This role combines technical expertise, data management, and system support, making it essential for the efficient functioning of the organization's ERP and utility services. Each day in this role will be different. This person will be supporting a wide range of people and services across 12+ divisional groupings, all intricately integrated with these systems. This person's ability to prioritize work, stay focused, and remain alert is crucial. With multiple tasks at hand, efficient time management is essential. Expect variety and adaptability. Be prepared to adapt swiftly to a changing environment. As the system evolves, so should your approach to enhance efficiencies. Timeliness matters; get things done efficiently.
Responsible for managing and maintaining all core data services, including but not limited to:
Cayenta Modules:
CU (Customer Utility), CF (Customer Financials), HR (Human Resources), PA (Payroll), CSS (Customer Self-Service), CE (Customer Engagement), MWM (Mobile Workforce Management), and various APIs.
Reporting Tools: Cognos and Power-BI reports (including IC: Invoice Cloud and IVR: dataVoice).
Metering and Utility Systems: MeterSense, SmartWorks MDM, and Tunet (Tantalus AMI).
Compensation:
$75,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.
