My firm is working with a growing financial organization who is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist will have a deep working knowledge of credit and debit card services, payment card network rules relating to chargebacks, and familiarity with Regulation E and best practices
What you will be doing:
Conduct analysis and process dispute claims in accordance with network operating rules and federal regulations.
Serve as subject matter expert for the chargeback OR ACH lifecycle
Interact with our Merchants and Partners for possible fraudulent activity.
Analyze disputed transactions to determine the appropriate response and documentation requirements.
Educate clientele and team members on processing guidelines and security measures.
Ensure chargeback information and documentation are sent to the card brands without error.
Experience and Requirements:
Merchant and/or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment.
