The Journeyman Foreman will oversee a variety of projects focusing on electrical infrastructure, including the oversight of substations, transmission, and distribution systems. This role involves leading a team of skilled technicians and ensuring the execution of projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Focus: • Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical construction projects from planning to completion. • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring all members are highly trained and motivated. • Develop technical proposals and detailed plans while maintaining strict confidentiality. • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes. • Collaboratively manage scheduling and logistics to prevent operational conflicts. • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and resources. • Conduct detailed system inspections and preventive maintenance. • Document all operational procedures and project details securely and confidentially. • Uphold the highest safety standards and promote a culture of safety among team member.
Skill Set: • 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical systems construction and management. • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably as a Journeyman Foreman or similar role. • Expert knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and code compliance. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Proficient in interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and system designs. • Necessary safety certifications including OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid. • Preferred possession of a valid journeyman electrician license. • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
