General Manager - Door and Window Industry**

The General Manager role is located in Olathe KS and our client offers relocation to qualified candidates with experience leading sales and operations teams in the Exterior Building Products industry, but specific experience in Windows, doors, Millwork, Hardware, or siding is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as on boarding and hiring new team members.
