K&K Service Repair is equipped for repair and manufacturing of Compression, Production, Stimulation, and Drilling equipment. We also have a field service division for onsite emergencies or routine maintenance.
Role Description
This is a full-time Industrial Paint Manager role located in Victoria, TX. As an Paint Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve, managing employees, scheduling equipment paint times, maintaining paint inventory, maintaining documentation for all work completed, also not limited to preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint using various techniques, maintaining painting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This on-site position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
Experience in industrial painting
Knowledge of painting techniques and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on-site in Victoria, TX
Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols
