Responsibilities
Managing Bid Schedule
Processing Bid Invites, Invites To Bid, & Requests For Proposals
Reviewing drawings, specifications, project schedules, & other pertinent bid documents
Taking of drawings for estimate (On-Screen Takeoff)
Building assemblies in Quick-Bid
Completing estimate in Quick-Bid
Timely submission of RFI's
Preparing bid summary for review by Chief Estimator or Project Manager(s)
Writing & sending of Proposals
Subcontractor and vendor pricing/quoting
Submittals
Detail oriented & organization is a must. Position comes with opportunity for growth as individual demonstrates ability to exceed in role and take on more tasks and responsibility.

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience & ability in reading construction drawings and specifications
Experience/proficiency in estimating software
Experience/proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff & Quick-Bid
Experience/proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Either Co-op, internship, or previous work experience in Construction
