The role consists of providing support to the staff by speaking with the customers, entering customer data, and providing support in everyday tasks. The desire to provide an exceptional consumer experience is at the core of what we do and is seen in every touch point.

Greet and assist onsite guests/clients
Answer inbound telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department/representative
Candidates must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written
Individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service is required
Required Skills and Abilities:
Effectively communicate with clients and carriers by providing exceptional services
Ability to prioritize and multitask with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, with a need to be highly organized when using Outlook
