Job Description:

As a Director International Health Safety Environmental (HSE) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our global operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote a safe and sustainable work environment across our international locations. Your expertise in understanding cultural differences and navigating a matrixed environment will be essential in influencing and driving change throughout the organization. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall health, safety, and environmental performance of our organization.

You will report directly to our Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment and can be based in Charlotte NC, Des Plaines IL, or Baton Rouge LA. This position will require occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • of 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management
  • knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • leadership and communication skills
  • to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

WE VALUE:
  • degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
