Job Description:
Summary
The Asset Support Specialist will be knowledgeable of Federal FMCSA regulations as it pertains to the
requirements for Independent Contractors and lease agreements, and be able to perform tasks accordingly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Plate and permit tractors and trailers.
- Filing and organizing.
- Adding and updating asset information to TMT and TMW as needed.
- Maintain documentation by indexing and organizing tractor and trailer documents in EBE and through PandaDocs.
- Answer emails or calls as needed.
- Contact drivers regarding outgoing permits, plates, and transponders.
- Other role tasks as deemed necessary by management
