The role is based in Rockdale, TX, and is not a remote position.
What you will be responsible for:
Equipment Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools, manuals, and testing procedures.
Testing: Conduct tests and inspections to determine the root cause of equipment failures and verify the effectiveness of repairs.
Disassembly: Safely disassemble malfunctioning equipment to access and inspect internal components.
Part Replacement: Replace faulty parts or components with new or refurbished ones, following manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
Assembly: Reassemble equipment components and parts according to assembly instructions, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with performance standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment diagnoses, repairs, parts usage, and testing results.
How you will stand out:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy products over 22KG.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures using diagnostic tools, manuals, and testing equipment.
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical systems and components to effectively disassemble and assemble equipment parts.
