Job Description:

We have a 3 month project for a Procurement Analyst to join our IT Operations team. This role will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Burlington MA, and work in close collaboration with all Information Technology functions as well as other business functions including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Audit. This role pay between $45 to 50 per hour. Please note that this is a W/2 role only and candidates must live within 30 miles of Burlington MA.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial operations and procurement processes, supplier and license management, and budgeting processes in an IT or related industry
  • Experience with supplier agreements, contracts, audit processes, compliance reporting, ERP purchasing processes and documentation
  • Experience with Coupa Procurement and Oracle ERP procurement and payments
  • Experience with creating, improving and documenting internal processes and procedures
  • Experience working for fast paced high tech company or equivalent industry
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in the similar roles or position
  • Excellent organizational, proactive, problem-solving, strategic, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills required
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what is takes to get job done and desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities:
  • Position of Sr. IT Procurement Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of IT procurement activities including pre-qualification, supplier agreements, contracts management, vendor management, compliance, and audit processes
  • Providing support for financial planning objectives by aggregating data, performing analyses to gain insights, and developing presentations which convey information in a compelling fashion.
  • Supporting IT functions in spend management, including monitoring, issue resolution, contract management, collaborating with Procurement and Finance
  • Translating financial data (headcount, budget, etc.) into analyses for short, medium, and long-term financial planning decision
  • Supporting the implementation, data entry and reporting for contract lifecycle management system
  • Monitoring and managing contract renewals and liaising with department leads
  • Updating internal approved applications and contracts lists
  • Triaging internal and external customer inquiries related to vendor agreements
  • Executing nondisclosure & confidentiality agreements with prospective vendors
  • Reviewing legal terms and conditions and liaising with the purchasing and legal teams
  • Conducting business reviews to discuss budgeting, current spending, KPIs, potential business opportunities, and market trends
  • Working closely with the finance team on project cost management, month end accruals, AP and PO questions including issue resolution
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders within procurement, legal, finance and business technology teams to ensure a smooth procurement process
  • Organizing and supervising purchasing functions; managing daily activities in purchasing to include day-to-day and capital projects purchases; managing contracts including administering, reviewing, renewing, filing, and evaluating for availability, price, term, and quality of products
  • Support compliance reporting with audit teams
