As the Studio Manager for our Graphic Design department and Creative Content teams, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the creative process from ideation to execution. You will build & lead a team of designers, copywriters, visual creators and external agencies to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand's objectives and guidelines whilst resonating with our audience. This role requires strong leadership skills, creative vision, and a keen understanding of design principles and content strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the execution of impactful and engaging visual & written content assets to support New Product launches, Brand & category campaigns to be delivered across online and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative briefs that outline objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
Provide creative direction and strategic input throughout the design and content creation process.
Ensure that all visual and written content maintains brand consistency and effectively communicates the desired message.
Drive the creative & content teams to become an enabler for eCommerce growth through creating and delivering assets which drive awareness and conversion.
Manage the execution of photography, videography and distributing in a format to deliver maximum engagement and ROI
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Graphic Design and Creative Content teams.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget through available project management tools.
Bring together content creative, assets and written content into single source of truth - Salsify and work with your team to enrich and enhance content
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, product development, and sales, to align creative efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct regular reviews and critiques of design work and written content to ensure high standards of quality and creativity are maintained.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to support their professional development and skill enhancement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the creative process and output.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience of more than 5 years in a management role overseeing graphic design and/or creative content teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and written content across various mediums and platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, with proficiency in design software and multimedia tools.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies and solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Marketing degree or Business degree with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
Leadership experience preferred however not essential.
