Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Legends Limousine Worldwide. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services for our clients. This includes receiving and processing customer requests, dispatching drivers, and ensuring efficient and timely service. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software
Ability to remain calm and well-composed under pressure
Deep knowledge of NYC bridges and routes (all 5 boroughs)
Previous experience in the transportation industry or a similar role is highly preferred
