What we're looking for
We are looking for a strong General Manager of Operations to help lead our cleaning and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, and is passionate about every detail, making positive experiences in every interaction with team members, guests, and owners.
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 / year
How you can help
Oversee a portfolio of 10-20 lakefront, luxury, and new properties.
Treat each property with care and attention as if it were your own.
Treat owners and guests like friends and family.
Effectively respond to and solve guest and homeowner issues.
Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge of all properties.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate cleaning operations between 4-5 teams to uphold property standards.
Manage supplies to ensure all homes are fully stocked for guests.
Oversee maintenance to guarantee timely repairs and property upkeep.
Support and enhance guest communication to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
Conduct periodic property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
Occasionally perform basic home cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Availability to respond to guest messages on nights and weekends
You will need your own reliable transportation to occasionally visit the homes
Occasional need to perform basic housekeeping and maintenance duties
