Project Duration: 9mo+ with the opportunity for more work (direct hire)
Salary Range: $110-130k
Qualification Requirements:
5+ years of experience working as a Superintendent supporting government (USACE/NAVFAC) construction
CQM USACE and OSHA 30 Certifications
Experience constructing in Alaska (+)
Experience with RMS and Procore
Project Details: A client of Insight Global is seeking to add a Superintendent to its growing team supporting a project at Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, AK. This is a design build interior renovation project for a kennel on the base.
Scope:
Small addition to the building; some ground up construction
Pre-engineered metal building
Some underground utilities
100% design
Buyout is 70-80% done
Submittals need some catch up prior to mobilization

Mileage: GSA rate reimbursement
Housing provided
Per Diem: $900/mo. flat rate for any stay over 30 days
