• Purchase direct materials, capital equipment and MRO for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Analyze ERP data to determine optimal stock, inventory levels, and order quantities.
• Initiate timely purchasing transactions that achieve quality, scheduling, and other strategic goals and objectives.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve optimal costing and inventory levels.
• Maintain purchasing data in the ERP system.
• Continuously implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot improvement opportunities, recommend and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
