LHH is looking to hire a senior analyst, FP&A for our client's growing team in Glendale Heights, IL. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing both revenue and expense streams, preparing insightful financial reports, and contributing to various ad-hoc projects.
Responsilbites:
Develop and maintain monthly management reports, conducting variance and trend analyses, and preparing financial review documents.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and presentations for business reviews, management meetings, and engagements with KKSP Board/Investors.
Take ownership of an integrated financial planning model for the Company.
Collaborate with operations to generate financial forecasts and predictive metrics.
Provide clear and concise commentary on financial and operational outcomes, effectively communicating insights and highlighting opportunities and risks.
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
4-6 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in cost accounting processes and systems.
Experience with financial reporting within a manufacturing ERP system.
Willingness to occasionally travel to other locations
